REFUND POLICY
RETURN WINDOW
- Store Credit / Exchanges: Within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Within 14 days of delivery, only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Photo or video proof is required.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Subjective quality concerns (texture, feel, weight, stretch)
- Buyer's remorse or change of preference
- Color variations due to screen display
- Items without original packaging or tags
STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES For all other return reasons, we offer store credit or exchange within 14 days. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and stains, with original packaging and tags attached.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS Contact us within 14 days with photo/video proof. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost.
EUROPEAN UNION EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
