Shipping & Delivery
Where does LARÉN ship?
We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order, to every region we serve. A small number of heavy or oversized pieces carry a flat shipping fee — free to Malaysia and Singapore, and $8.99 to Canada, the United States, and Australia. Any fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times can vary with your location and local customs processing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to your email.
Sizing & Fit
How do LARÉN pieces fit?
LARÉN is cut for an oversized, structured silhouette — relaxed through the body with intentional volume. If you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down.
What sizes do you offer?
Most pieces are available from M to 3XL.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes its own size chart with measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to the chart, rather than relying on your usual label size.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request store credit or an exchange. Refunds within 14 days are issued only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.
When can I get a refund?
Refunds are reserved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, with photo or video proof. We don’t refund for subjective concerns (texture, weight, stretch), change of preference, or colour differences caused by screen display. For any other reason, we’ll gladly offer store credit or an exchange.
What condition do returned items need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed, free of odours and stains, with original packaging and tags attached.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?
Email us at hello@larenofficial.com within 14 days with a photo or video. We’ll replace the piece or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at hello@larenofficial.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.
Products & Care
How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label inside each garment. As a rule: wash cold, avoid harsh drying, and lay flat or hang to dry — this protects the structure and weight of heavier fabrics.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB — along with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If something needs to change, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
